All swim drills included in this program are accompanied by a detailed step-by-step guide, ensuring you can execute every session with confidence and correct technique. In addition, a dedicated weekly gym session is built into the program to support strength, stability, and injury prevention throughout your training.

This program trains across different paces. Before your first session begins, every pace is clearly defined so you always know exactly what is being asked of you and why.
